11" x14", OilWith ther onset of the warmer weather, and thoughts of summer, I've been on a Chincoteague kick ( not to mention, I have a painting trip planned for Chinco in June.. Yea!!) Spring is always a busy time in my studio (I do a lot of wedding-related calligraphy and illustration), and when I find an hour or two in my busy day to paint, I want (need!) the subject matter to be a pleasant escape .... creating these landscapes is like meditation for me.
